In our Shireburn solution CA+, the concept of the shopping mall was extended to the airport. Here the airport authority is responsible in managing the commercial side of the air terminal allowing concessionaires license to trade there. CA+ achieves the aims of both stakeholders. It provides autonomous management of the concessionaires’ retail entity whilst providing the airport commercial team with invaluable commercial intelligence of the overall activities.

The concessionaires can manage their store from their office or link their Airport store to the main street store for example. The Gibraltar International Airport is not an island and retailers with stores in town as well as the airport can link these together and operate separately or jointly.
